At Leza, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or pet hair
  • Returned with all original tags attached and original packaging


Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender or refused.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories and jewelry (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”


Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.


If you would like a different size or style, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the incorrect item.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Leza is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.


Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
